Frozen Pipe Repair In Boston
If your frozen pipe has burst, shut off your home’s water immediately using the main shutoff valve, then call T-Flow Plumbing of Boston at (617) 818-1229.
If at some point during a cold period you turn on a faucet and nothing comes out, chances are you have a frozen pipe in your home or building.
If your pipes are frozen the first thing to do is to shut off the main water supply (closest valve on the house side of the water meter) and then turn up the heat.
Let things thaw out for a while with all of the vanity and cabinet doors opened under each sink and then turn the water on slowly to see if all the faucets are fed.
When turning the water on have others in the building listening for water leaks in case a pipe has broken in the walls.
If you need water right away and your pipes are frozen solid we can help. We do have the equipment necessary and will do our best to thaw the frozen pipes to get things up and running again.
