Do you personally handle the work, or do you use subcontractors?

Anyone who works for T-Flow Plumbing is directly employed by us.  They are what you would call a W-2 employee and are covered by our Workmans Comp Policy.

How quickly can you respond to a plumbing issue?

We respond to plumbing service calls as quickly as possible, especially for urgent issues like leaks, burst pipes, or hot water heater failures. In the event we’re unable to answer the phone leave a detailed message and we will thoughtfully follow up if we are able to assist you with your plumbing requests. We check our messages hourly.

If your plumbing concern is one we can take care of the owner will contact you directly to discuss the job. We believe in clear communication right from the start.

Do you do any renovation or remodel work?

Sorry we do not.  We like to concentrate on plumbing repairs and Service.  We are happy to replace any existing fixtures within your home like, toilets, faucets, shutoffs, valves, water heaters, shower heads, tub spouts, etc.

Does T-Flow Plumbing do any renovation or new construction work?

No, T-Flow Plumbing is a service plumbing company only which means that we basically only do repair work.  We are good at solving issues that have to do with already installed plumbing systems in your home.  We do all of those smaller jobs that the big companies don’t want to do.  Please take a good look at this site to see the many services that we do offer.

Does T Flow Plumbing charge a fee to come out and give a price for a job?

No.  T Flow Plumbing does not charge a fee  to come out and look at a job.  We like to have you explain the issue you are having over the phone.  At that point we can give you an idea how much the work will cost.  If everything seems reasonable then we will book the appointment.  The last thing we want to do is have you pay us for an estimate that you think is too much money.  We wouldn’t want this done to us so we won’t do it to you.

Do your plumbers work on commission? Will they be looking around my home trying to sell other plumbing work?

No.  Our plumbers do not work on commission so you do not have to worry about them trying to make a job bigger than it has to be so that they make more money.

Our plumbers will come to your home only with the intent of repairing the problem you called us about.  If there are other things that we happen to see that could be a major problem we will mention them but other than that our goal is to address the matter at hand and move on to the next customer.
